Any services / products bought through Flightfactory.co.za can not be refunded if the service add-on for refunding is included or if the service / product description does not explicitly state a refund policy. Flightfactory.co.za is not able to refund clients (users) for any services / products as these are directly purchased from suppliers and not from Flightfactory.co.za. If clients (users), wish to obtain a refund for their product / service, please contact Flightfactory.co.za at hello@flightfactory.co.za and be sure to include your booking reference number and Flightfactory.co.za will do its best to process a refund or direct the client (user) to an alternative.
